I believe 'Acadianville' should be Acadiaville, and St. Louis is likely Saint-Louis-de-Kent; both in Kent Co. Kent Co. can be a bit difficult, as the 1851 census is missing. There would not be birth records, but there should be baptismal records. One difficulty is that, even if the Roman Catholic church records are on microfilm at the Provincial Archives of new Brunswick, you have to get the Church's permission to view them.
"I was able to trace most of these settlers, theirs ancestors and descendants. However, I have found no trace on Théophile VAUTOUR and Sylvestre BABINEAU.Also I beleive that Joseph ROBICHAUD went by the name Janvier ROBICHAUD.(also known as John or Jean)"

showing the name was used in modern times. In Acadieville Parish, Kent Co., NB, in 1891, Janvier Robichaud was b. ca. 1844 (1JAN1842 in 1901) and his wife, Marguerite, was b. ca. 1855 (1JAN1853 in 1901.) But try to find them in 1881. Marguerite may be the 'Margerite' Daigle, b. ca. 1856, d/o Jean and Anne Daigle in Saint-Louis-de-Kent in 1881.
So, it's a matter of wading through copious misspellings, weird name variations, etc. That you have specific localities is very useful as you know what church records to look for (see county guides at the PANB site.) For example, at:
Janvier Robichaud is the s/o Maxime Jean and Luce (Doucet) Robichaud. So much for my theory that Janvier was Fred's brother. At: http://www.robichaud.info/data/D0000/G0000196.htmlhttp://www.robichaud.info/data/D0000/G0000196.html is the family of Maxime Jean Robichaud, giving Janvier as Jean Janvier. Maxime and Luce may be Maxim (given as 'Morim') 'Robicheaud' (ca. 1806) and Mary L. (ca. 1806) in Richibucto in 1881. (Maxime Robichaoud m. Pointe Sapin, Kent Co., NB 18JUL1825 Marie-Luce Doucet.)
