I have been sorting/digging through some of my Yukon records, and came across something that may be of interest to someone....
When I was at the Yukon Archives, among other records, I received many records from St. Marys' Catholic Church in Dawson. The archives staff put all the pages I requested into booklet form for me.
These records are baptismal, marriage, and burial records from 1898 through 1956.
While I do not, of course, have anything like all, or even most, of the records, only pages with my surnames of interest, I do have 22pages of records(with an average of 12-15 records/page) and, would be happy to take a look to see if I have a record you would be interested in. The majority of the records I have are marraige and baptismal records, only three pages of burial records.
The number on the last record I have is 1419 for a Stiltz burial record, so, I am assuming the total number of church records is somewhere around 1450-1500. That would mean I have approximately 20% of the records. Better odds than the lottery! :-)
