There is a marriage which seem to fit. Spelling is not exact, but that is not unusual in records. In the actual image of the page he is listed on it is Linnecor but I suppose whoever indexed it read it wrong - easy to do as the e does look somewhat like c.

their marriage is listed as 1845 West Bromwich, Staffordshire - George Linnecor and Phoebe Arnold there must have been some reason they married there ?
