I've also checked a research from Laurel Shanafelt Powell who had theorized that Dr. Henry could have been the grandfather of Moses Greenland. It doesn't not mention the place of Dr. Henry's burial.
Lastly,I have a paper by Dr. John Murrin - "A Very Troublesome Person, Dr. Henry Greenland" the place of burial is not listed here either.I would assume that it is no longer known where he is buried.
There is in this last paper a indication of where you can get the will. "Abstracts:NJ Archives XXIII 194; XXX. 557 Original Greenland Will is in unrecorded wills IX, 171-74, State Archives, New Jersey State Library, Trenton. The inventory is in ibid., VIII, 244-46."
