Hi Carol, were any of your Browns loyalists during the American Revolutionary War? I've recently found out some of my Browns appear to have been loyalists, and may have moved after the war to Canada, Florida, Abaco Island, [Bahamas] an other pars of the Caribbean. I belive that Thomas "Burnfoot" Brown [1750-1825] was closely related to my line of Browns. Thomas Brown died on the island of St. Vincent, in 1825.
I've noticed your name popping up more than any other on these message boards when searching for my line of Browns. Did any of your Brown ancestors, after the American Revolutionary War move from SC., GA. or VA. to Florida Canada or places in he Caribbean?
