I have a question about the following relative, Gustave Pagenstecher. It is our belief that he had an affair with Mathilde Christina Ostermayer in Texas which resulted in a child named Gustave A. Wiegand (assumed the Mathilde's husband's last name), b. 1893 in Galveston, TX.Gustave named his daughter, Ruth Pagenstecher Wiegand, born. 1915 in San Antonio, TX.
I have listed the genealogy below.
Do you or your family have any information about this story?Texas does not have a birth certificate for Gustave Wiegand.
