John William Parker was a merchant who at some point between1820 and 1834 became the consul of the US of North America. He had a relationship with Arnolda van Westervoort (not married). they even went to the USA at one point, since they had a daughter there. They did not get married untill 1820 in Amsterdam, legitimizing 6 children.
