I do have a copy of the death cert for a John Dwyer as well as my aunt's records stating that John,a longshoreman on a lumber boat died on Dec 21, 1912 after a load of logs broke loose and fell on him on Dec 17th.Interesting it as a Mary A Dwyer who does the reporting on the death cert. The death cert says he is buried in Oniota Cemetery but a check with the cemetery says no not there. All other family members are there in that cemetery as well as obit and related news articles from 2 different Duluth papers. Also a check with the other 2 cemeteries also have no record of him. Death cert says he was born 1872 died 1912. Death cert says father, Mike Dwyer was born in Ireland.Mother was Martha E. Baker from Ohio.
