I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.
Since I responded to one of your previous posts on other ancestors, I tried to do a thorough search for this one.
For Benjamin Conlan (+variants) in all Ireland, the only B rcd is for 1887.
For Benjamin Conlan M 1823 +/- 2 yrs in all Ireland, I found 0 M rcds. The only M rcd for this name in the database is in 1870.
For Mary Wilson M ditto, I found 13 M rcds, 1 in 1823 Armagh. It is unlikely that this M rcd for Mary would have been rcd'd without the corresponding M rcd for Benjamin. However, I have found 3 or 4 cases where this happened.
For Mary Wilson B 1805 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 18 B rcds, 3 in Armagh. One of these MAY be for your ancestor; however, without a parent name the rcd can't be validated. It is more likely that the event wasn't rcd'd.
For Mary Wilson D 1828 in all Ireland, I found 0 D rcds.
For Sarah Conlan B 1826 in all Ireland, I found 0 B rcds.
For Mary Conlan B 1827 +/- 1 yr ditto, I found 40 B rcds, 9 in Armagh. However, none of these had a father named Benjamin.
For Elizabeth Conlan B 1828 ditto with a father named Benjamin, I found 0 B rcds.
For Mary White M 1832 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 67 M rcds, but none in Armagh. However, there is no matching M rcd for Benjamin.
For Mary White B 1810 +/- 4 yrs ditto, I found 62 B rcds, with 1 in Armagh in 1809. There is a slim chance this 1 may be for your ancestor, but without more info, it can't be validated.
For John Wilson M 1847 +/- 4 yrs, I found 101 M rcds with 8 in Armagh. One of the rcds was in 1846 Tyrone.
For Sarah Conlan M ditto, I found 2 M rcds, 1846 Tyrone and 1850 Longford, but none in Armagh.
For a John/Sarah M, there was a possibility it occurred in Tyrone. However, the marriages occurred in different parishes. It seems the event wasn't rcd'd, or occurred in Canada. Record keeping was fairly thorough by 1847. Suggest you search Canadian sources.
For John Wilson B 1824 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 37 B rcds, with 1 in Armagh. However, with a father named Mo(re), the number of rcds is 0.
Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Register, opt to be notified as rcds are added and browse. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
