I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.

For John Cavanagh B 1830 +/- 4 yrs with a father named Daniel in all Ireland, I found 1 B rcd in 1831 Kilkenny.
For Daniel Cavanagh M 1826 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 4 M rcds: 1823 Galway, 1826 Limerick, 1830 Limerick, & 1830 Longford.
For Mary Hanrahan M ditto, I found 10 M rcds: 1822 Limerick, 1824 Limerick, 1825 Mayo, 1826 Limerick, 1826 Tipperary, 1827 Kilkenny, 1827 Limerick, 1828 Kilkenny, 1829 Limerick, & 1829 Kilkenny.
The only possible M date(s) in common is 1826 Limerick. However, the Ms occurred in different parishes; therefore, this isn't a match.
Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
