I am looking for information on my Great Great Grandfather Henry Bevan Slator WEBB.He was a medical doctor and I only have information on him when he lived in Ross House, County Meath, Ireland around 1845. It is unclear when he was born but he died at Ross House 7 July 1863. Irish Records Index 1500-1920 shows Henry Bevan WEBB (MD) in 1864 at Tarra (sic), Meath. Family history suggests that he may have been of Welsh or Scottish background. He was married to Maria Eliza ANDREWS and they had 8 children, Robert Andrews, Thomas Wilson, William Slator, John Bevan, Maria Eliza, Henrietta, Marianne (possibly Mary Anne) and my Great Grandfather George Slator (born approximately 1845). Robert Andrews WEBB (?1839- ?)married Mary Elizabeth BOND, Dublin 19 March 1863. Had a son Henry Bevan WEBB b about 1869. Death 1942 Geelong. Henry married Mary Ann Ryan?.Had lots of children born in Geelong Thomas Wilson WEBB (1843 - ?) possibly married to Hester Henrietta LEWIS. Married in Knockmark, Co Meath 22 February 1864. William Slator WEBB (?1848 – 1924) married Rosabella BOND (sister of Mary Bond), Dublin 27 August 1863. William and Rosabella arrived Qld 27 Jan 1864 however William died shortly after on 24 May 1864 Qld #Boo1702 John Bevan WEBB (1846 – 1924) migrated to Qld Australia 1864 where he married and raised a family Maria Eliza WEBB, married?GIVENS Henrietta WEBB (1853 – 1898) married Walter RICE and migrated to New Zealand. The mother Maria Eliza ANDREWSdied 23 March 1892 and left a will that stated that Henry Bevan Slator MONTGOMERY of Lime Hill House, Dulough Co. Dublin was her executor.I don’t know what relation this is but he has all the family names. Their sons George, William and John made their way to Australia and Henrietta to New Zealand and we have no details on what happened to the family in Ireland after that. I would be very grateful for any information.
