Noah Webb Dean of Dunshaughlin,Rathregan, Trevet and other places came to Co.Meath from Wiltshire in 1700,s. He lived at old rectory at Trevet (of which there is now no trace). He had 6 children (including twin girls) and died aged 53.Then the family seemed to have moved to Greenpark/Rathfeigh/Skyrne area. Around 1850-1880 Henry Webb is living at Benvan House, Osberstown, Ross, Tara. His brother or nephew Noah is living at Grangend Dunshaughlin where he owned land. There seems to be no further info. after 1880 that I can find. My 3 time great-grandfather George Webb married a Catholic and probably caused rift in family. His branch lived at Killeen, Dunshaughlin. The family were there until 1970 when unfortunately the land was sold. There seems always to have been twin girls in family. My name is Geraldine Boyle (nee Webb) I have had an interest in this subject since at school my teacher told me in history class that I was a descendent of Noah Webb.
