In reply to your post may I suggest that before you proceed further you read the myriad of on-line advice on tracing Irish relatives.This is vital if you wish to succeed.
Having said that I have traced records relating to your family on the LDS site.
The 1901 census gives details of Johns parents - his father being Manus.
I can find 11 possible siblings for your grandmother-including 3 males.
The last birth for a Drudy in Castlerea is 1942 so it is likely you have living relatives.
Vital certificates can be obtained from the C R O in Roscommon town. Details of how to do this can be found online.Certs are only available for events post 1864.
