Researcher in Italy

Since familysearch and antenati.san.beniculturi websites have been adding civil records online, I have managed to trace my family back to pre-civil records (c.1808) in Tuscany.
I am now at a stage where I would like to ask the services of a researcher local to the Lucca region, who would be prepared to vist churches in the hamlets of:-
Alpe di Stazzema (Stazzema) - church is San Antonio Abbate.
Chiozza (Castiglione di Garfagnana).
I am hoping they would be prepared to take photos or scans from relevant pages in the registers of baptisms, marriages, burials.
Obviously, I wouldn't be prepared to pay over the odds, so it would have to be a reasonable price.
I have wrote to the churches a few times (even sending donations), but apart from Pescaglia, failed to receive a response.
Can anybody recommend a researcher?
(I had contacted one in the past, but I didn't know the locality of my ancestors then - and when I found out where they had come from, he was in Africa).
Darin (Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England).
