over what time period we are talking about?. Such information about times are always important.
The fundamental problem with the local discovery in Latvia are the different pronunciations yesterday and today. For this purpose, then another possible interpretation-, transfer-, or read errors are added. As far as I know, there were two places called Andriceni and one called Andricieni in Latvia. Andriceni (1) was located far southeast of Iecava and is now called Jaunandriceni. Andriceni (2) was located very close to the south of Ligatne, today Augšl?gatne, and is today the borough of Andriceni. Andricieni was located near and in the northwest of Zaube, today called Lejasandriceni.
A place called "Kalsnar" I could not even find in the vicinity of these places. I think it is a possible interpretation-, transfer- or read error. Do you have documents in which the location "Kalsnar" is mentioned? The only phonetically appropriate place would Kalsnava. But this is not in the vicinity of the three places mentioned.
I have also found at least five places named Anderson or very similar spellings. In the vicinity I also found no place called "Kalsnar" or similar pronunciation.
