I think I've emailed you before, but I am not sure.In your post you were asking about a Frederick Arnold Kahalley.I looked through all my family information (my mother was a Kahalley) and I found a Fred Kahalley. Here's what I have on him:
Salen Namy Kahalley (c.1880-1945) immigrated to the United States from Hasbayya, Lebanon.Once in the U.S., he settled in Mobile, Alabama and married a woman named Sadie (I don't know her maiden name).Salen and Sadie had 2 boys:Fred & George. For some reason, Salen and Sadie decided to get a divorce.Salen stayed in Alabama and Sadie took Fred & George and moved to the North.I'm not sure where. The family here in Mobile lost contact with them after they moved away. All I know is that Fred died some time before 1978 and that George married a woman named Elsie (1907-1995).After Salen and Sadie were divorced, Salen married a woman named Zackia Zigair (1894-1967) and had two daughters:Victoria & Melvina.
Victoria Kahalley (1921) married Emile J. Nassar (1916-2001) and had 2 children:Tina & Stanley.
Melvina Kahalley (1923-1978) married Albert M. Thompson and had 3 children:Toni, Victoria, & Albert.
I think there's a good chance that "Frederick Arnold" and "Fred" are the same person, considering Kahalley is such an uncommon name.Email me back and let me know what you think. If you're related, I'll have to tell you all about the relatives in Lebanon, Brazil, and here in Mobile. Talk to you soon, MICHAEL
