Your best source would be the churches' records in Baskinta, for the baptism certificates, considering that all the names mentioned so far here are Christian names. I guess the town of Baskinta has a website that lists its churches. One problem would be that with time and especially owing to the many disturbances and wars the country has witnessed since the mid 19th century, some records might be lost. Instead of writing to the churches or the priest a good idea would be to get in touch with the site's webmaster or any other person mentioned there. As for Tripoli, which is the second largest city of Lebanon, if you know to which denomination your forefather belonged (Maronite, Greek Orthodox, Greek Catholic, etc) it would be a better idea to contact the Bishopric.
