Hi Charles, Thank you for replying so quietly. You had confirmed what I have found is true; I have in hand a family tree that was sent to my nephew Kevin from an L.T. Col. A.L. Pace Bonello. If I am reading it right? My Grandmother Evelyn’s father Paul Barbaro just might have been a Baron and his father is Ramiro (b.1840) and Mother is Gaetana Denicola (2st wife) and his sibling is Guglielm. Ramiro was a member of Council of Govt. of Malta, and his siblings are Arturo (3rd Marquis of St George), and Gustavo (4th Marquis of St George). There is aquestion I have for you is, what does it mean (Had Issue) because on this family tree it has it mark that Arturo + Carmela (wife) had issue, plus on that site of the Barbaro’s states a lot of “had issue”?
So now it looks like Ramiro father is Francesco and mother is Countess Caroline Zimmerman. There are a lot of foot notes on this tree to who has/had what entitlement, and it’s pretty cool to see and hear that it’s all true. I have another question if I may ask, where do you fit into this puzzle, are we related to each other? The next question is do you know anything about Maria Concetta Spiteri that was Paul Barbaro’s wife my great grandmother. And maybe you are able to help on the Azzopardi family, just found out that Anthony Azzopardi’s mother maiden name is Gett, does that have any stories behind it? Thank you again for your help and hope you will stay in touch with me.
Tammy
