The information I have collected have all come from relatives. Where did you get your information? Yours seems very complete, with names and dates I have not been provided with.
With the computer in front of me, I can give you this: José Angel Campos and Manuela Díaz, parents of Juana Bautista Campos. Juana Bautista Campos married Adolfo Méndez (1855-1947) on 1870 aprox. They had two children: Clodomiro Campos (1875-1973) and Adelaida Campos (-1961).
Re ERASMO MENDEZ, I have different notes from different relatives:
1.- Juana B. Campos had 5 other children (Gerardo, María, unknown son, Betsaida and Julio), with Etelvino Campos and one son with another man (name unknown), child's name: Erasmo Campos.
2.- Another relative said Erasmo was son of Juana B. Campos and Etelvino Campos, adding more names to the list for a total of 6-7 children: Gerardo, Erasmo, María, Betsaida, Julio, son (no name) and Etelvino (unsure of this one).
3. Another relative said Erasmo was brother of Clodomiro Campos, same dad, different mothers; naming Gloria Méndez as his mother.
4. Another relative said Erasmo is the son of Natanael Méndez, who was himself a cousin of Adolfo Méndez and Joaquin Méndez. This relative called him Uncle Erasmo.
The Erasmo Méndez I have, was married to Delia Icasa. A relative gave me these names as his children: Tito (most likely the nickname), Gloria, Teresita (most likely Teresa), Ricardo (father of Víctor Méndez Fábrega), Luis (aka Lucho), Marta (became a nun), Delia María, Alvaro (relative was not sure about him being a son of Erasmo or grandson) and Mayra.
I also have as parents of Adolfo Méndez: Manuel Adolfo and Sebastiana Méndez. You have Joaquín Méndez Pourez (1826) [I am assuming Pourez is a typo and it should read Perez] and Rosalía Pereira de León (1830-1881). Where did you get this information.
I appreciate any information you can provide. Jessica
