That is so interesting, and I will do that. The Helmichs (also spelled Hellmichs) came from Stemwede, Germany, and their name translated as "Man-Light." They were generations of clergy (no one says what sort of clergy, but the last 2 generations were Moravian). During the World War, they also fled to America, and all the Hellmichs left in Stemwede changed THEIR name to Lutz ("light").
