I think I could help you. I've checked the List of settlements of Tomskaya gubernia (Tomsk province) dated 1911 and found there Novo-Kuskovskoye - a village with an orthodox church. This village was a centre of Novo-Kuskovskaya volost (region) in the Tomskiy yezd (area). There no other villages with similar names in this book. I'm sure it is the Novo-Kuskovo village in the Asinovskiy region which you've found on Google maps. I didn't find any village named Karbinska, but there were some similar names. One of them village named Karbysheva in the same Novo-Kuskovskaya volost. May be the name you know is not quite correct? And I didn't find any village named Corviet at all! I don't know were it could be situated. So, I think you should write a letter to the State archive of Tomsk area (Gosudarstvenniy arkhive Tomskoy oblasty): Russia, 634050, Tomsk, ul. K. Marksa, 26 e-mail: email@example.com Wish you good luck! I also can help you with search of information about Redlich and Pauser in military archives. Please, write me their full names.
