You should be able to VIEW the Scanned IMAGE of the original OPR Document, on Scotland's People.
However, it is unlikely to have more, unfortunately.
To get back further, you should try to locate the Death of Helen Adamson or Leitch on SP.
There is one such Death in the period 1880 to 1890 in FIFE; but with some uncertainty as the age is in the 50 to 60 range.
However all such details are highly dependent on the knowledge of the INFORMANT.
Again you should VIEW the Scanned IMAGE which being in the Statutory Registration series (post 1st January 1855) should have more detail, including the names of the Deceased Parents.
The only way to find out is to VIEW that IMAGE.
Again on SP, Henry and Mary seem to have married in 1877 in Fife.
There are several Mary McDonalds in the 1871 Census, with one living in Torryburn FIFE, close to Saline FIFE, so a distinct possible-
