Being a Submission, you should try to confirm it on Scotland's People, as with the Marriage also.
There are two Old Parish Register entries for that Birth, probably in two different Parishes - only VIEWing the Scanned IMAGEs of the original documents, would you be able to see the full details, which may be rather brief, as applies to most OPR Records.
The couple's 1837 Marriage is also available to VIEW on that site, it may or may not include their parents that you are looking for, again due to the brevity and lack of details in the OPRs.
There may have been another child, dying at Birth-

If George and/or Amelia remained in Scotland and died in Scotland from 1st January 1855 onwards, you may be able to find their parents on the Death Records, that information is normally present if the INFORMANT knows it.
Relatively few Deaths were recorded in the OPR era, although there is one in the period 1845 to 1850 for an Amelia Morrison - but probably unlikely to be "your" one, as it is not in Glasgow or Lanarkshire.
Strangely, apart from that likely daughter in the 1851 Census, I have not been able to locate George or Amelia in the 1841, 1851 and 1861 Censuses, with any confidence.
