Re: Old Scottish Place Name - "Naillien"

I have checked on Scotland's People for an SB Birth in 1757 to 1759 inclusive; inde variations of the names; and in both the IPRs (Old Parish Records) and the Catholic Births - No Results.
I then checked through all the Parishes in the OPRs, nothing resembling "Naillien".
Also checked through the Wills on SP for Aberdeenshire, the most likely area statistically for "Barclay" (followed by Fife).
ww.old-maps.co.uk does not produce any results.
I note that the only mentuion on the Web is at-
the New Jersey Genealogy site, which I suspect you are already aware of.
Do you know if "Naillien" is given on any form of "official" document, such as a Baptismal Record; or is it something which has "come down in the family" etc?
