you will find the BMD information for John and Isabella on Scotland's People, giving access to the General Registers of Scotland-
The children are a bit more difficult, although all the records will be there.
You would have to search the Birth section for Ross Births in the likely area, probably FIFE; but probably not the Parish of the parents Marriage, thus you will have to accept that it is going to produce from the Search INDEX initial results, a large quantity, in fact 485 in the period 1929 to 1950.
this would cost you about 20 Credits (out of 30 for UK£7); but would allow you to skim through, looking for the mother's name/s, which are included in those initial results.
You may also help to cut down that quantity, by using say ISA as the first name starting with those letters, as there is a distinct possibility that they so-named one child - but no guarantees.
Also if you have obtained the full Marriage Certificate of the couple, check to see if any of their parents have unusual first names - that may also help locate one or two children.
If you do find such specific children, then the Registration District/Parish may help to reduce the quantity; but equally it might exclude some!
However, from experience, it does not takevery long if you buy the on-line Credits, probably under half-an-hour.
The one thing is you may find it useful to keep brief notes of what you have tried - all too easy to get lost.
I don't know of any other way to readily uncover the children.
