Yes, Germans were the ethnic group singled out by the communist authorities to be persecuted in revenge for the crimes commuted by the fascists and their collaborators throughout former Yugoslavia during the WWII:

Serbian governmentand its Ministry of Justice is financing the archival investigation and documenting of allvictims of theunlawful executions and crimes against the civilian population after 12th of September 1944.
"Rodoslovlje" Serbian Genealogy Society will assist anyone wishing to contact this commission either to provide the comission with information on the victims and execution sites, or to obtain information from the comission on behalf of the families of the victims and the survivors.
This commission has been granted by a special legislation access tountil now sealed files and documentsthat were classified as confidential and stored in the archives of the military, police, secret police and the state.
