Capt. William and Mona Burrows

I am related to Captain William Burrows and with the help of the Singapore Eurasian Association have complied a modest family tree of the Burrows line. I have hit a snag with the La Folie and the Strugnell names in Singapore. Any help would be appreciated there. I would like to contact Narelle, Elizabeth and Gemma Oddy who were making inquires on the Burrows line. I am in Canberra, Australia. Any information on the missing John Burrows b.1841, of the Isle of Man and youngest brother of Capt William Burrows would be a help.
