In my experience, church records from Spain are not available on line. I doubt that they are kept even in microfiche, at least in the smaller towns. My family comes from a small hamlet in the mountains of Asturias. When I went in search of relatives and information in 95 and 97, the church records were kept at the home of the priest for the area. He filled out certificates using information from the church books. He kindly complied with my request for an actual copy of my grandmother's birth certificate. The records kept by the government at City Hall at the Registro Civil were also in books. Everything was done manually and it took a few days, but they were very coopeative.
