Was the family Baptist or Lutheran?Lutheran records only show one Kluge family at Pokoscheve. The couple Gottlieb Klug(e) and Rosine / Rosalia Zeretzke start having children in 1869 in Schoendorf and Marianki in Volhynia and do not show up in Pokoscheve until two children are born in 1882 and 1885 respectively.A total of 8 children are listed but records stop at 1885 so there could have been a couple more later.
There are no records of a Ludwig having any family anywhere in Volhynia in the pre1885 era.The earliest Klug(e) appear to have arrived in the late 1860s though they were people with that surname in both Kiev and Podolia regions as early as the 1840s.
The Roll family appears to be exclusively living in Kiev parish prior to 1885 but I did not consider other possible spelling variants.
One source for possible pictures would be to use GOOGLE Maps, zoom into the region and open up the "Photo" settings.
