When you say you would like to know more about both sides of your grandmother's family, who exactly are you referring to?I believe you already know your great-grandfather and great-grandmother (Yurko Panischak and Anna Pylypiw - Anna apparently being Ivan Pylypiw's sister - right?). But you don't give your grandmother's name, nor who her "other side" is. Can you clarify?
By the way, from a few quick searches of Ancestry.com, there are hits for Panisco's (with many variations to the name, e.g. Panisko) - I see other families have family trees with Panisco in their family (e.g. a Clabaugh family has the tree for George Panisco). If you don't have an Ancestry.com account, you could go to your local LDS family history center and use theirs.
