???i????????= Dzwiniarskiis a Polish surname and YES today there are still a handful of people w/this surname residing in Ukraine, mainly in Ternopil oblast/region.
By 1947-1948,Stalin, w/Communist Poland's agreement, resettled most ethnic Poles to Poland. Previous to this agreement many ethnic Poles had been sent to hard labor in
Siberia, Donbas & Kazakstan. Those who survived returned in the early fifties and were not resettled.

Additionally, I suggest that you check out RC Church Registers for Mikulince for your Dzwiniarski ancestors.Ladychyn was predominantly a Ukrainian village and only had a Greek Catholic Church.The filial RC Parish was in Mikulince.These are available online at nominal cost:
