I am looking for my Grandfather who I believe was named Pearly Irvine. He and my grandmother may have been married in Casper,Wy in aprx 1920 + -5yrs. May have been from Colorado as there fist child together was there. Esther was born in Finland however she has siblings that were born in Eveleth, Minn aprx 1900. Pearly(sp) was supposed to have been a Tool Dresser in the Oklahoma and Texas Oilfields. My father (John Patrick Irvine) was born in Garber. Oklahoma 14 Feb 1926. In the 1930 census my Grandmother and her three children were inBorger,Tx without Granddad. It also says she was a widow however this is the first time I've ever heard this. The only thing I was ever told was that he left home one day and was never heard from again.People have tried to locate him before with no luck. I believe the last time my father(deceased 1985 in Anchorage,Ak)saw his father Pearly was when dad was 12 yrs old. My father and all his siblings are now deceased so I've got no family members to ask questions of. My father went on to graduate collage and become a very good attorney in Alaska. He was a lobbyist in the Ak Legislature for over 20 yrs and was Special Assistant and Trouble Shooter for Gov Sheffield untill he lost a fight with Cancer in 1985 at the age of 58 yrs. All information I've suggested about Unknown Irvine is hearsay handed down reluctantly. However I have an old note from an Aunt that says: Perly Irvine-married in Casper,Wy,-Lived in Borger,Tex- maybe went to Cal.-Tool Dresser. Thank You for any help.
