I have just learned the following from the Dawson City Museum

FILM DOCUMENTARY:
There is going to be a documentary produced by Eco Nova re the sinking of the S.S. PRINCESS SOPHIA.I am not sure when it is going to be aired.

Eco Nova produces a television documentary shipwreck show with Canadian History Television Channel and National Geographic International called "The Sea Hunters"

Also May 25, 2001 a bronze plaque will be erected in Dawson to commemorate those lost aboard the Sophia.(It took five years for some local citizens to raise the money to do this)
