Notes for Andrew Jackson Glenn: Enlisted in the Confederate Army on July 29, 1861 at Lineville, Talladega County, AL by Lt. J. T. Bell. He was assigned to Company I, 14th Alabama Infantry. He was admitted to a Richmond VA hospital for mumps from January 3 to February 24, 1862. He was wounded during the battle of Frazier's Farm on June 30, 1862 and discharged for disability on October 25, 1862 at the General Hospital in Danville, VA. He re-enlisted in the Army and was paroled on May 25, 1865.He was 5'5" tall, dark complexion & hair with blue eyes.
