I have several overview photos of the cemetery, including one that shows the J.H. Whitesides memorial. It is in an area where there are few markers. Some of the families used rocks as markers and those are hard to determine; others of the markers are barely readable and others are broken. The cemetery has recently been cleaned up. Rebecca Appling was listed as being buried there on the Fayette County Cemetery website. That listing was made based on a visual cemetery survey done in the 1950s; it was totally dependent on whether they found a headstone or not. There were many people who were buried there but did not have headstones, so it is very possible Susanna is buried there as well.
There were apparently some portions of the cemetery where I apparently got sidetracked and didn't take individual headstone photos [which I had intended to do]. My daughter took did mostly video of the cemetery, which I haven't yet seen but I think she mostly focused on family graves, which would have been Willises, Collinses, Ballengers and Grahams.
As I said, I would be happy to email you photos but I will need your email address, which is not available on the genforum site. You may email me your address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By the way, I lived in Gainesville, Texas in the mid to late 1940s [on Grand and then on Weaver Street] and my brother was born there and my daddy owned a cafe on California.
