The publisher, National Sharegraphics, a genealogical book publisher, was purchased by Curtis Media Corporation sometime in the mid-1980's. Curtis Media went out of business and sold it's assets to Henington Industries. Henington has a website at http://www.henington.comhttp://www.henington.com where they list the books they have and say "We have many others that are out of print that can be reprinted if there is enough demand." Their contact info is: 112 W. Main St. Wolfe City, TX 75496 1-800-441-9706 email: firstname.lastname@example.org I have not been able to get a straight answer from them about whether they could reprint _History of Russell County_.
I was able to get a copy by putting myself on a waiting list for one and it took about 6 months. There are several used book stores on the Net. Amazon also has waiting lists for used books.
