JOHN EARL WILEY and EASTER LIVINGSTON were mar. Aug. 1850, Morgan Co., AL.They had 6 children:
Mary, b. abt 1841 Eliza, b. abt 1852 Sarah Ann, b. Apr 1853 Malinda, b. abt 1856 William [Aaron] Wiley, b. abt 1858 Esther, b. abt 1860
They are found on the 1860 census, Winston Co., AL.In 1870, the children Sarah Ann and William are found living in their grandfather William [CARVIN] Livingston's household in Winston Co. Other searches have not found the rest of the family.
Sarah Ann mar. John David Alexander, 1872, Winston Co., AL; and after 1880 they eventually migrated to Lee Co., TX.
According to 'family information' AARON and his family went with his sister's family to Texas but returned to AL and AARON lived into his seventies.
On the 1860 and 1870 censuses, AARON was listed as WILLIAM.However, his grandfather had a brother Aaron, and that name was used through different generations in the Livingston family.
WHO DID THIS WILLIAM [Aaron] LIVINGSTON marry? Also, did he possibly have another given name with the initial "R"?The given name of RICHARD was also used in the Livingston generations.
In 1880, Winston Co., there was a WILLIAM R. WILEY, age 22, with wife Saphrina/Sabrina, age 21, and child James A. b. abt Aug. 1879, living among BLEVINS families. She was b. AL, father b. I have found this WILLIAM R. Wiley's family in 1900 in Marion Co., AL; in 1910 in Marion, AL, 1920 Marion Co., AL
