Hi Robert,

You might find it of interest to check out post #855 on the Risner genfourm.If you find reeason to agree with this very seasoned researcher, you might reach another opinion.Migration patterns, etc. (In my opinion, this information that is posted suggest that there are kinships between both Wilbourn/Wilburn lines in KY and those in SC and same with KY and SC Risner lines.)
