Mrs. M.A. Jamison of St. Joe who has made her home here with her daughter Mrs. Lee Keesee for much of the time dur- ing the past few years passed away at the Keesee home on W. Ridge Ave., on the morning of July 11, 1941 at the age of 86 years. She was born in Syla- more. Feb 12, 1855 but the greater part of her life was spent near St. Joe. She is sur- vived by three daughters, Mrs. Lee Keesee of Harrison. Mrs. C. C. Russell of Duncan, Okla., and Mrs. Arthur Young of Jefferson, Texas, and one son J.A. Jami- son of Cleveland, Texas.
The funeral service was held at the Holt Funeral Home at 2 o'clock on the afternoon of the 12th with the Presbyterian pas- tor Rev. J.T. Alam in charge. Pall bearers were W.R. Keesee, M.F. Franklin, Truman Pease, Nath Miller, L.A. Moore and Charles Harbert. Interment was made in the Love Cemetery near St. Joe.
