I have not been there, but I did some research on Old Yeager Cemetery. HOpe to confirm this info in the future and log GPS coordinates and get photos.
Info from another website posting about the larger Yeager Cemetery in Needham area states: " ... there is another cemetery in the area also known as the Yeager Cemetery - Old Yeager - located in Sharp County just across the Izard/Sharp County line, about one mile east the Needmore Community. Turn right on an unimproved road that goes uphill for about a quarter to half mile. The road ends at the cemetery."
Using aerial maps in addition to my Topo chart, a refined answer is as follows: Leaving Yeager Cem, go the 500 ft south on CR142 to CR79 (Needham Rd).Turn east towards Evening Shadeon Needham. It is 0.5 mi to the Sharp Cty line. About 0.25 mi later the road curves left. Continue another 0.5 mi (a total distance of 1.25 mi on Needham Rd).There should be a small road to the right, about where the trees are cut for powerline right of way. This road ends about 400 feet in a small clearing. On the TOPO map the spot is marked as a CEMETERY. If you get to Blue Creek Rd. going to the right, you missed it. Go back about 500 ft west on Needham Rd.
By the way, this point is very close to 4 miles west of "Evening Shade" town center. Not "Ash Flat", as so many references indicate.
