I am looking for information about my fathers half-brother Raymond Leslie Schnitgen. His father is really Ninevah E. Davis. I guess that neither Ninevah nor Raymond mother was divorced when they were living together and raymond was fathered by my grandfather. That may also be the reason why we could not find him after all of thses years. We have been looking for a Leslie Davis. That was the name were led to believe he was going by. We found my fathers half-sister, but she had died in 1980 and my father died in 1985,without finding either one of his hlf-sibblings. We know where his hslf-sister is buried, but can't locate his half-brothers burial place. We are now told that he was buried in Kernville, California, in a family private cemetery. I don't know why we can't find out more about Raymond and his family. I was always told taht my grandfather was not a very nice persona s well as his second wife, Martha. But, my father was nothing like his father. He was the best father taht any ione could have ever asked for, some one his half-sibbings would have been proud to know. We tried to find them before my dad died, but was unable to. is there anyone that can tell me more about Raymond Leslie Schnitgen and anything about his family, like his children and wife, ect.Can anyone tell me where he is buried? His dad may not have been much to talk about , but my father sure was. He was the complete opposite of my grandfather. We were very lucky and privaledged to have him as a father. His name was Dale Leland Davis. My father was born in 1909 and died in 1985. He always treated our mother with dignity and respect. In fact, he sometimes spoiled her. My dad was a very good man, and I am just sorry that we could not locate his half-sibblings before he died.
