Hi Donna, The last benefit paid field doesn't tell you where she died. The last benefit could have been paid to a funeral home, a relative in a distant location, etc.
All we really know from this record is that she died in San Bernardino Co. which is HUGE and has MANY towns and cities. The first place, I'd look is in San Bernardino city. There is an obituary volunteer at freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~obitl/volca.html Scroll down to San Bernardino Co. and choose San Bernardino city paper.
If you don't find her obituary there, you can order a copy of her death certificate to find out where she died. This doesn't nesessarily mean her obituary was published in that town. If you want to pursue this option go to the County of San Bernardino Auditor-Controller/Recorder/Treasurer/Tax Collector, http://www.sbcounty.gov/acr/http://www.sbcounty.gov/acr/ .
