William H. Noble Obituaries
Memorial services for William H. Noble, 63, of Spring Valley, were scheduled at 5:30 p.m. today in the Mormon Church of Lemon Grove. Conrad Lemon Grove Mortuary was in charge of cremation, with inurnment in Greenwood Memorial Park. He died Sunday in a convalescent hospital.
Mr. Noble was born in North Carolina, lived in the county 30 years and had been a country-western guitar player for 20 years. He performed in National City and at Golden Hall under the stage name "Billy Guitar" and had been a KSON radio disk jockey during the 1960s.
Survivors include three daughters, Gail La Fountaine of West Virginia, Rita, of Spring Valley, and Maureen Klopp of Jamul; a son, William, of Lakeside; a sister, Ann Rutledge of San Diego; and two grandchildren.
