San Diego Obituaries Clarence Springer
Clarence Springer, 89, of 332 Linda Way in El Cajon, a retired inspector for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, died Monday in a hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Alban's Episcopal Church in El Cajon.Burial will be in La Vista Memorial Cemetery, with the Lakeside Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
A native of New Jersey, Mr. Springer was a resident of San Diego County for 61 years.He worked 40 years for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
He was a member of Southwest Lodge 283, F&AM, and Neighbors of Woodcraft.
He is survived by two sons, Arthur C. of Lakeside and Thomas of Bakersfield; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Scoles of Capistrano Beach;eight grandchildren 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
