Hi Cecile,
Unfortunately I didn't find any more additonal information about francisco C. Ramos/Frank Raymond. If he entered the USA at the San Francisco port, you might not find the information about him. Almost all of San Francisco's records were destroyed in the 1906 Earthquake.
In 1880 Frank and his brother Joseph were living in Burnett, Santa Clara Co., CA.
Frank Raymond, head household, b. Portugal, 28, single, farmer.
Joseph, brother, b. Portugal, 18, single.
In 1900 Frank and Mary were living in San Francisco.
Frank Raymond, b. Portugal, Sept. 1853, marr 13 yrs, immigrated 1861, naturalized, boiler maker.
Mary C., wife, b. WA DC, Aug 1861.
Joseph, b. CA Sept. 1887.
Francis D., b. CA Dec 1896.
Their neighbors were Joseph, Mary and Ambrose Raymond.
Joseph Raymond, b. Portgular, Feb 1838, 62, imm 1850, naturalized, can't read occupation.
Mary, wife, b. Holland, May 1848, marr 24 yrs, imm 1874.
Ambrose, b. CA, Nov 1878, single.
In 1910 Mary and son Francis were living in San Francisco Assembly District 34, San Francisco, CA.
Mary C. Raymond, b. WA DC, 50, widow, plain sewing.
Francis D., son, b. CA, 13, janitor's helper school house.
In 1920 Mary and Frank were living in Sausalito, Marin Co., CA.
Mary Raymond, head household, b. WA DC, 58, widow.
Frank, b. CA, 25, single, blue printing.
Their neighbors were Joseph and his family.
