Thanks so much for getting back with me.Umm, I have looked at several pieces of info, and it looks like he did at Sawtelle.I don't know why the military says Yountville but other military info says Sawtelle, and the photo I have of Otis W. Smith shows him at Sawtelle.
My confusion came about because the info at Find A Grave said Yountville, and the photo I have of my Great Great Grandfather, shows him at Sawtelle, so I was thinking how could this Man be the Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, when the Find A Grave recipient died at Yountville.
I also did visit the link you gave me to the family tree at Ancestry.com, where you said there were photos, and sure enough you were right, the photos are of my family. Otis W. Smith at this family tree, is the same Man that is in my photo. The Otis W. Smith featured in the Family tree at Ancestry, has info that he died at Yountville, but that can't be when the Man in my photo died at Sawtelle.
I even went and found a vintage photo of Sawtelle Veteran's Home to see what it looked like, and it is the same place, that is in my photo. It is now Wadsworth Hospital, and actually my G G Grandfather started living there, when Sawtelle was also the name of the town where the Veteran's home was located, and a year before he died which was 1923, it ceased to exist as a separate town, and was considered Los Angeles
