JO. C. McKIBBIN -- The San Francisco 'Herald' says a private letter was received there on Friday from Col. Jo. C. McKIBBIN, now on HALLECK's staff, in which the Colonel says Harry MIGHELS, late of Marysville, behaved most gallantly at the battle of Antietam. He was in the heaviest of the fight and was one of the party who took the bridge, which was covered by 24 pieces of the enemy's artillery. From a gentleman who was a soldier under HALLECK in the West, we learn that Colonel McKIBBEN has also done honor to his State, and was the foremost in many successful but perilous enterprises in Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.
