I just found out a new cemetery was opened in Louisville in the last ten years.
So now we have the New Cemetery, the Old Cemetery and the Really Old Cemetery.
The Really Old one has gone by various names over the years and is today called the old Superior Cemetery. It is in a serious state of disrepair and the Superior Historical Commission is spearheading an effort to correct this (THANK YOU Superior Historical Commission members ! ).
On Saturday 1 March they held an open house to discuss the issue.
Can anyone supply us a report or summary of how the meeting went ?
What is the status of the barrier fence ?And controlling the groundhogs ?And is any effort going to be made to excavate for any overturned stones ?
And is there any plan for someone to walk the area and take photos ?
