Boulder County only has marriages 1860-1900 online (or that's all I know about). For other years you need to research directly with the county clerk & recorder.
Here's how I found Leo's husband:
Visit http://www.co.boulder.co.us/clerk/recording/icris/icris_help.htmhttp://www.co.boulder.co.us/clerk/recording/icris/icris_help.htm to search for the children. There is a marriage record for a Wayne O. Morgan in 1931 that might be worth examining in case they got the initial wrong. Also in 1920, 1939, and 1946 there are real estate transactions with Susan, Ray, and Wayne Morgan and a Leo Morgan Pelmounter. Looking at the 1900 census in Kit Carson County, Leo is the daughter, right?
There is only one Pelmounter in the SSDI in Colorado, and the age is close enough to be a husband:
Name:WILLIAM PELMOUNTER SSN:522-26-6608 Last Residence:80214Denver, Jefferson, CO Born:27 Feb 1882 Last Benefit: Died:Sep 1969 State (Year) SSN issued:CO (Before 1951 )
I found no more Pelmounter records in an Ancestry search for Pelmounter, so I searched the 1930 census for William Pelm* - they were mis-indexed as Pelmoronter. William S. and Leo M. Pelmounter are in Precinct 23 - Baker, Adams Co., CO, ED 34 Sheet 5A. Both age 48, no kids with them.
Same story in 1920 - indexed as William J. Pelmoreuter. 3281 West Lake Place, Denver. ED 17 SH 3A. No kids. William is English, imm. 1884, nat. 1895?
In 1910 Anna Pellymounter, widow age 71, lives with her unmarried son William at 143? (fourteen thirtysomething) Spruce Street in Boulder. ED 39 SH 7A. That is five blocks from my house!
Also, I have a Noblitt family in Orange County, Indiana. They married into my Gromer family there.
Best of luck, and let me know if I can help further!
