Here's the text of her obituary. I spent just fifty cents on the photocopies, so let me know if you'd like them!

Mrs. McNulty Dies; Body to Be Taken to Kansas for Burial
Mrs. Charlotte Jane McNulty, wife of S. A. McNulty, died last night at her home, 1851 Twenty-third street, following an illness since July 1. She was 76 years old. Mr. and Mrs. McNulty would have celebrated their fifty-ninth wedding anniversary had she lived until Dec. 30. The body is being taken back to her former home, Mankato, Kans., for funeral services and burial. Leaving this afternoon for Mankato were Mr. McNulty and four daughters, Mrs. J. S. Price of Boulder, Mrs. George Gordon of Longmont, Mrs. Oren Dickey of Denver, and Mrs. Alverta Elliff of Mankato, who has been here assisting in the care of her mother. Additional children are: Mrs. G. O. Kirkpatrick of Portland, Ore., and Ross McNulty of Alhambra, Calif. Burial will be beside the bodies of three sons, all of whom met accidental deaths. Mrs. McNulty was born in Indiana, and was married at Sheridan, Ind., to Mr. McNulty. Later the couple homesteaded in Kansas during pioneer days in that state. They lived in Mankato about thirty-five years and came to Boulder four years ago to be near their children here. Since coming here they made many friends.
